Missed direct debit payment

If you'd like to make a missed Direct Debit payment, there are a few ways to contact us:

If your policy started or was renewed on or after 15th December 2016, please contact Close Brothers Premium Finance on 0333 321 8566 (open 24 hours a day, seven days a week).

You can also click here to log on or register to use the Close Brothers Premium Finance Online Portal.

If your policy started or was renewed before 15th December 2016, please contact Premium Credit Limited on 0844 736 9836. They are open Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm (excluding bank holidays).

You can also go to www.premiumcredit.co.uk where you’ll be able to access your Direct Debit agreement.

If you’re paying your premium by monthly instalments, the finance provider reserves the right to charge a fee of up to £30 for any unsuccessful collection of a monthly instalment.
