If you’ve already registered, click here for your customer portal. If you still need to register, please click here and fill out the information as requested. If you’ve forgotten your username, try your email address as in most cases this will be your username.
Make sure you have your client reference number so you can complete your registration. This number can be found on the welcome email sent to you when you first purchased your policy.
Once you’ve completed the information, you’ll be sent a registration email which allows us to verify your email address for data protection. In order to complete the registration process, click on the link in your registration email.
Once you have successfully registered, you’ll be able to access and view all of your documentation as well as be able to make changes to your policy. To make changes to your policy, please see change my policy.
The next time you wish to use your portal, simply log in with the username and password you selected upon registration.
Once you have logged onto your account, simply follow the link to your dashboard.
