Device Not Received

What do I do if I haven't received my device?

If you haven’t received the Telematics Device within 7 days please email us at contact@wisedriving.com

Please include the following:

- Client Reference

- Policyholders Name

- Policyholders Address

- Brief Description of Issue

We will then contact our supplier to reissue you with a new device.
