Who do I call about my monthly direct debit payments?

Close Brothers, our finance provider, are receiving a large number of calls at the moment, so if you need to contact them, they recommend that you –

 

Send an them email if:

  • You want to discuss and up and coming payment and your payment is over 7 days away, they will respond within 72 hours to help you with your query

Please send your emails to customerservicespf@closebrothers.com

 

Please only call them if:

  • you’ve missed a payment
  • you want to discuss a payment that is due in the next 4 days
