Who do I call about my monthly Direct Debit payments?

If your finance provider is PremFina and you’d like to make payment for a missed direct debit, the simplest way to do this is to go to www.premfina.com and use the ‘Payments’ button on the right-hand side. You’ll need your agreement number (which you can find on the missed payment notice sent to you in the post) and your last name.

 

For any other changes or updates to your finance agreement, you can contact them via live chat on their website, email on customers@premfina.com or by phone on 0330 165 9367 (chat and phone are open 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday).

 

If your finance provider is Close Brothers, they recommend that you contact them via the following channels

 

Send an them email if:

  • You want to discuss and up and coming payment and your payment is over 7 days away, they will respond within 72 hours to help you with your query

If you need to change your direct debit details, you can register for a customer account with Close Brothers. You'll then be able to manage your monthly payments online. To register you'll need your customer ID, which has been emailed to you. Don't worry if you can't find it, you can request for it to be resent here.

If you've already registered, click here to log in.

By logging on you can change your payment date, change your bank details, check your payments and pay any arrears you may have.

 

Please only call them if:

  • you’ve missed a payment
  • you want to discuss a payment that is due in the next 4 days
