Your account is also mobile-friendly, meaning you can access your documents wherever you are, at the tap of a button.
How do I access my account?
You can access your account by clicking here. If you haven’t yet registered online, it’s quick and easy to do this, just click here and fill out a few of your details. You’ll need to have your Web Reference/Policy Number to hand when you register: this can be found in the top right corner of the welcome email you received when you first purchased your policy.

After you’ve successfully registered on the portal, you can log-in whenever you need to.
How can I use my account on my phone?
By saving your WiseDriving account to your phone, you can make sure access is only ever a tap away. To do this, please follow these 2 easy steps:
Step 1 - Go to your WiseDriving account via your mobile web browser.
Step 2 - If you have an iPhone, you’ll see a panel of buttons at the bottom of the page as you scroll: click the middle button (it should look like a box with an upwards arrow coming out of it) and then click “Add to Home Screen”. If you have an Android phone, simply tap the menu button on your phone while on the portal and tap “Add to homescreen”. You will then have a shortcut to the portal on your phone – similar to a normal app. Alternatively, you can always access the portal through your normal mobile web browser.
