If you haven’t opted out of automatic renewals either when you purchased your policy with us or throughout the policy year, your policy will automatically renew.
If you decide not to renew after you’ve received your invite, you just need to log in to your online account to cancel your renewal. Once your renewal has been offered, you can find the ‘cancel renewal’ button at the bottom of the page, below your Driving Score section (please see image below).
Please note, we’ll apply for payment up to 4 days before your renewal date if you’re paying for your renewal in full, or within 5 days of your renewal date if you’re paying by instalments, this is to ensure you have continuous insurance cover in place. So, make sure to let us know before this point that you don’t want to renew to avoid any money coming out of your account.
