A policy has been taken out in my name fraudulently – what should I do?

If you receive communications from us regarding a new policy that you did not take out, please contact us as soon as possible on 01733 308358 (open 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm Saturday. we're closed on Sunday and open 10am to 4pm on Bank Holidays).

If money has been taken from your bank account for the policy, you should also contact your bank to inform them of the fraud and allow them to take the necessary steps to protect your account, as well as do a charge back for the money taken.

It is also advised that you contact the police regarding the fraud so that they can investigate and get a crime reference number.
