How do I make a change to my policy without paying a fee?

If you make a change to your policy on the customer portal you won’t need to pay the £35 fee. Click here to make a change. Please note, any changes to your policy may result in a change to the price of your insurance. If you change your car, you may also have to pay a change of vehicle fee to cover installing a new telematics device to your vehicle.

In order to log in to your account, you’ll need your policy number which can be found on your Certificate of Insurance. This is attached to the welcome email that we sent you when you first purchased your policy. If you’ve forgotten your username, try your email address as in most cases this will be your username.
