If you’ve forgotten your username or password for your online account, don’t worry – it’s easy to reset these.
If you’ve forgotten your password, click ‘Forgot password’ on the online account login. This will then allow you to reset your password. Please note, you’ll have to enter your username and the answer to the security question you selected for your account when you first registered. You’ll then be sent a link via email to reset your password.
If you don’t know your username or the answer to your security question, this isn’t a problem. In most cases, your username will be your email address so it’s worth trying that first. However, if that doesn’t work, you can get in touch with us by calling 01733 308358, and we’ll either find your username using your policy details, or reset your account so you can log in again.
