Welcome to WiseDriving! This article holds some important information you will need for your policy, meaning you’re prepared for whatever happens.
Register for your Online Account
Now you’ve got a WiseDriving policy, you’ll want to register to your online account so you can manage your policy online. This is where you’ll be able to view and upload your documents, monitor your driving score and make changes to your policy without paying a fee. To register, you’ll need your policy number which can be found on the welcome email that we sent you, your date of birth and your postcode. Once you’ve registered, you can log in at any time.
Upload your documents:
If we’ve requested a copy of your No Claims Discount or Driving Licence, our handy video below will show you how to upload these to your online account.
Paying by Direct Debit
If you’ve chosen to pay for your insurance in monthly instalments, PremFina (your finance provider) will contact you by email shortly asking you to sign your credit agreement with them. Please do so as soon as possible, this can be signed electronically, so no need to print it out.
