Black Box Policy: My dashboard hasn’t updated – what should I do?

When you make a journey, it might not appear immediately on your dashboard – in some cases, it can take up to two days for your data to update, so don’t be alarmed if it isn’t there. If you’ve just fitted your telematics device, it can take up to two weeks for your first set of data to appear.

If your data hasn’t updated within the timeframe given before or if you’re concerned, feel free to contact us and we can check to see if your data is being collected or if there’s an issue. Don’t worry – if there’s an issue with your device and we’re not collecting data, we’ll always contact you to let you know before we take any action with your policy so the issue can be resolved.
