If you have any queries relating to your self-install device, we may ask you to send in some pictures of how it has been installed to your vehicle.
To enable us to answer you query as quickly and efficiently as possible, we ask that the images follow the following criteria:
• Several installation images, including wide angled
• Clearly showing how the terminals are connected to the battery
• Clearly showing the device IMEI
• If possible, also include an image of the device packaging, showing IMEI number
